Strength standards

Squat, bench, deadlift: a level for every lift, a DOTS score that works across bodyweights, and a scorecard worth posting. Numbers do not flatter; that is the point.

How this is calculated: per-lift levels use bodyweight-ratio standards in the ExRx / StrengthLevel tradition (for example squat 2.0x bodyweight = Advanced for men); approximate community benchmarks, good for motivation, not a certified ranking. DOTS is the powerlifting coefficient that makes totals comparable across bodyweights; 300+ is a solid amateur, 400+ advanced, 500+ elite company. Enter real 1RMs, not aspirations; the card is only as honest as you are.
