Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
The weekly Pro subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing: go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts after the third day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Fit.How Pro > Cancel. Canceling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period.
What is the difference between the subscription and Lifetime?
They unlock the same features: camera recording with the live timer HUD, auto-cut highlight clips, no watermark, and custom exercise sequences. Weekly and monthly renew automatically; Lifetime is a single payment, forever, no renewals.
I bought Pro but the app shows the paywall. What now?
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still fails, write to us with the receipt email from Apple.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, tell us anyway; we want to know.
Where do my camera recordings go?
Recordings are stored only on your device and processed there. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. You decide what leaves your phone when you use the share sheet.
What does the app save to Apple Health?
Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health as HIIT workouts; write-only, the app never reads your health data. You can turn this off in the app's Settings ("Save to Apple Health"), and manage permissions in the Health app.
Does it work on Apple Watch?
Yes. The Watch app is a standalone timer: presets, wrist haptics on every phase change, live heart rate during the workout, and the finished session saves to Health straight from the watch. Your phone can stay in the bag.
The timer stopped when my screen locked. Why?
On iPhone the app keeps the screen awake by default (Settings > Keep screen awake). The countdown also lives on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island via Live Activity. On the Watch, the workout session keeps the timer running with the wrist down.
Can I build my own intervals?
Yes: the Custom preset lets you set work, rest, rounds and prep time, and saves it for next time.
